Description
This course has been designed to explain the application of the Dangerous Substances & Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (known as DSEAR) in its application to a Petrol Filling Station that also serves as a workplace. Based on Statutory Instrument 2776; 2002, the course covers each of the 17 Regulations and 7 Schedules together with the supporting Approved Codes of Practices (ACoP's) that were published last year by the UK's Health & Safety Executive.
