APEA Live 2025 Raises £2,980 for AL’s Pals as Official Charity Partner

APEA Live is proud to announce that AL’s Pals served as the official charity partner for APEA Live 2025, with the event raising an impressive £2,980 to support the charity’s work with cancer patients and their families.

This year’s event welcomed more than 700 attendees from across the downstream fuel and forecourt sector, who came together for a full day of exhibition, conference sessions and networking, followed by the prestigious APEA Awards dinner. Through donations, fundraising activities and collective goodwill, delegates helped generate vital funds for AL’s Pals.

Supporting People Through Cancer

AL’s Pals is a Milton Keynes–based charity founded in memory of Alan (“Al”), created to ensure that no one faces cancer alone. The charity provides emotional and practical support to adult cancer patients and their families through one-to-one buddy services, hospital visits, advocacy, and community support programmes. The funds raised at APEA Live 2025 will directly contribute to expanding their reach across the local and wider region.

A Shared Commitment to Community Impact

APEA Live, the flagship annual event of the Association for Petroleum and Explosives Administration, has long been at the forefront of knowledge-sharing and innovation within the industry. This year’s partnership with AL’s Pals reflects the event’s continued dedication not only to professional development but also to meaningful community impact.
